student visa with a misdemeanor?

I have been charged with a DUI in california. It may be reduced to a lesser charge. I would like to know if I will be given a student visa to study for a master's program in UK.

Does anybody know about students who have gained a visa to study in the UK after having a misdemeanor on their record?

Hi

There is no system in UK to check convictions in USA.

So simple ignore it and you would have no problem.

Answer is Yes it is 100% possible to get UK visa.
