Us with some information no

Harm in asking I always say

I am a Australian citizen and

The lady I want to marry is from

The UK and is a UK citizen

I want to go to the UK get married

And live in the UK .

1/ Do I have the right to Adobe?

2/ If not what Visa would be best??

3/ about how long does it take

To get the Visa??

4/ Do I need Entry clearance?

5/ what forms do I need to get

To do what we want to do??

6/ If I get a visa for 6 months

To get married and we will get married

Do I have to come back to Australia ?

After the 6 months??

I am going over in December

For a month ( Holiday ) can I lodge?

The visa forms ect in November

And while I am in UK go to the

UK Embassy in London and ask how

Things are going regarding visa

App

I know I will have to come back in

Jan to Australia .

But we are hoping I can move

In Feb or March.

Any help at all would be great

You may apply for a Fiancé(e) visa, subject to the maintenance and accommodation requirements, etc.
