Student Dependent Visa

Post by shez1330 » Thu Aug 27, 2009 3:59 pm

Hi All

I really need a help from you all.
My partner has got his visa refusalof Tier 1 (HSMP) due to face that HO cant confirm his College documents and they think that he hasnt attended college. We have planned to appeal and trying to get some help from college.. but chances are very less and they hve curtailed his current leave.
I am on student visa and doing my ACCA ...if hewill go back to home country and apply for student dependent visa will that be a problem and what are the chances to get it ....as all my papers are clear...
HO hasnt banned to reapply again

Kindly give me ur suggestion

Many thanks
Shez

Hi

Well if you has not accused of deception then may be.

But what looking me home office would accuse him of deception and he would be banned for 10 years. So he would have no chance for any visa.

As you said it is looking deception according to home office.

So answer is Yes he has no chance if accuse of deception and would be banned for 10 years.
