Well for inside UK appeal they normally send determination in 2-3 weeks times.Ring your hearing centre that you have not received determination yet.india11 wrote:Hi immigration2009,thanks for your reply,
I had an in country appeal of my PSW VISA.My hearing date was 30 July.
after the hearing on that day the judge was saying that she need to go thorough all the papers(evidence)and she will send the her decision (determination) in post in 2/3 weeks time.but its nearly a month now and I have not got any determination.
do you have any idea why its taking too long and what can I do in this situation.
