hi everyone

I have a friend who been granted 5 years RC as afamily member of an EU national.
unfortunalty his wife stop working since he was issue his RC so he's been holding 2 jobs.
did he stand a chance to be granted ILR when athe 5 years expire?

I guess he could, on the basis of the EU wife exercising her rights as being 'self-sufficient' (as in depending on her husband's earnings).
