You would have to disclose the pending charges on your application, as the background check would disclose this, and you will end up with double trouble.

If you don't receive a custodial sentence for this, it might not have an effect on your ILR. It depends on whether they will consider you actions as threat to public safety or presence not conducive to public good.

You should try and thread carefully, and be little less nicer from now on.

For what it's worth, i don't think your actions will reach the threshold or CCD threshold for which your matter will be redirected to Criminal casework team and your ILR application rejected instantly.
