Stuck in Confusion

Post by bym007 » Thu Sep 03, 2009 3:43 pm

Hi,

I just graduated with an MBA from Middlesex. My student visa runs out in December 2009. I am looking at changing into PSW visa (me and my wife). The plan is to apply around November 09.

So far so good. The problem starts now. We are expecting our first child due end Dec 2009 - beginning Jan 2010. And then we are planning to go on holiday in April/May 2010.

So my question is;

What would be the best strategy to apply for PSW for the 3 of us ? Also, what would be the maintence requirements for us and how does the new baby visa situation pan out ?

Many thanks.
