I am reading the word 2nd extension in the forum.
What is second extension ? How one can have 2nd extension ?
as ILR rule states no more than 6 months in total in 5 years period.
for example ?
IF a person is out of country 9 months in 5 year period so he/she have to take 2nd extension for 3 months ?? is this called 2nd extension ? if yes then do he/she need to provide again 12 months earning and off course no age points will be given ?
and after 3 months he have to apply ILR ??
is that all about 2nd extension ?
can any one give reference UKBA website URl for this ??
Thanks
The length for which you will need another extension will depend upon how short are you on the ILR qualifying period (factoring in the unauthorised breaks).fahadz1 wrote:HI All and Seniors members,
