Is his account overdrawn or does he simply have an overdraft facility? Does his statement show substantial balance remaining after his monthly outgoings. I am not convinced the statement made by the legal adviser is entirely correct on the face of things. I might be wrong.

Please see the Evidence of Maintenance Required on MAA5 and Sponsorship undertaking form he may have to fill if they are not entirely satisfied.

Moma,if your fiance is earning £2000 per month after tax, and he still goes into his overdraft , that suggests he is unable to make ends meet.

I have known several people whose spouse/fiance application were refused for overgoing into overdraft regularly.

An overdraft is considered as a luxuryfall back to have, however you can not count your overdraft towards what funds you have available to sponsor an application of your loved one.

Your best bet would be to try and convince the powers to be that if you are granted visa, your educational qualification would put you in good stead to find a job and earn extra income to support you and your family finacially.

meanwhile I suggest you start to try and sort out your fiancial sittuation and find ways to try and save some of the £2000 that earns.

so basically it will be turned down cos of an overdraft well i cnat work at the moment as im not allowed.and tickets have been bought i looked at the link which was provided by obie and it said if i can prove i can get a job i should be said to be meeting the requirement. But that will be the only problem because we have everything to prove our relationship is genuine i dont know all i can do is pray.
