HSMP / Tier -1 documents to be submitted

Post by friend.kak » Sun Sep 06, 2009 7:39 pm

Hi, I am planning to apply in Dec 1 st week. In my present company my last date is october 14. In this case, I do not have payslips for month of Aug and Sep. Final settlement will be doen in Oct and will reflect in Oct payslip.

How should I show 15 months payslips?
1)
Can I put from Aug 08 - Aug 09 , when I apply in month of Dec for Tier-1.

2)
Do they contact my next employer which I am going to join in Oct.
Incase, UK Embassy contacts then , my present employer may feel bad about me.

Shall I avoid furnishing details about my new employer in application, so that they wont get a chance to contact my next employer.

Please post ideas.

Thanks, AnilK

2)Do they contact my next employer which I am going to join in Oct.

Shall I avoid furnishing details about my new employer in application, so that they wont get a chance to contact my next employer. You have to provide contact details of the employer from which you are claiming earning. If you are not claiming earnings from your new employer then it is not mandatory to provide details.

Please post ideas.

Thanks for reply.
I can keep payslips from Aug 08 - Aug 09 from my existing employer.
I will get only one payslip instead of 2, for the month of Sep and Oct , since I given my resignation.

I will join in new company in Oct last week.I will apply for visa in Dec 1st week.

So, do they ask for some reason why I have not attached payslips for the month of Sep and Oct , when i apply in month of Dec.

If I keep my next joining company's payslips then, they will contact them , which does not look fair. So.

What could be the way. Thanks..Anil K

It should be fine if you can provide some contract agreement or some official communiation about termination of the job.

You should be mentioning that the period you are claiming is from Aug-08 to Aug-09.

Also, if you are claiming points till Aug-09,I believe you should be applying by Aug+3 = Nov, 2009. OR else if you have the sufficient points where you can discard one month salary, then it should be fine applying in Dec, 2009.

Please verify what I have mentioned., I also planning something along the lines as you mentioned.

thanks,
arun

also, wouldn't it become non-consecutive if you are putting a payslip for 2 months??

One more Q I have here is that 4.9 column in the following link :
http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/resources/en/ ... sappendix1

My present salary / CTC is 575000

So, do I score points on Total Earnings ? Its confusing a bit :)

Sorry mate., I was giving you suggestion with extending visa in my mind.
The embassy contacting the previous employer is fine.
Just go through the points calculator and see where you are placed when applying for teir 1.
