Hello
I am now in the process of filling out citizenship application forms for myself and my family. Do I have to fill one payment slip for all of us or seperate ones for each of us?

Just fill up one with you or your wife's name as applicant and since you are applying together they would be able to discern that it is a family application. Just put the right fee/amount on the appropriate space.

Thanks. Does it hold for children as well? Do i put down the total amount for the whole family and put my name as the applicant on the top?

Yes. They would automatically classify your application as a joint family app. Good luck. Just curious, are you using NCS or postal? Good Luck!

Alright then, if you are going thru NCS the officer would confirm to you the exact charges before they take the payment- so you shouldn't worry about that.
