TIER 2 DEPENDENT VISA--PLEASE ADVISE

Post by braveheart2009 » Wed Sep 09, 2009 3:15 pm

Hi everybody,

I am on a Tier 2 workvisa starting from August,2009 to August,2012. My wife is currently in US and I have 2000 pounds in my bank account. How many payslips she should show before applying for dependent visa. She is currently working there and has not more than 10000 dollars in her account. Because I have only my first payslip this month ending would it be possible to apply or is there a minimum no. of payslips we should show. Also the purpose of her application is to visit me and go back as we have some debts to clear and as such we want to work. We both hold Indian passports.

finally is it the visit visa she should apply or the dependent visa
Many thanks,

Obie
