Spouse travelling after 12 months

Hi,

On the application there is a section to enter whether Spouse is travelling with me or latter.

Spouse will be travelling with me after 12 months.Do I need to mention on the information section about the date of spouse travel after 1 year i.e, (14-SEP-2010).

If I enter YES i.e, dependant travelling after 1 year on the form do I need to submit marraige certifcate ?

As of now I am only showing my 3 months bank statements as maintainence funds and appplying alone.

Please clarify this.

If your spouse is travelling after 12months..

You can say NO not travelling now and you dont need to submit marriage certificate (this can be done when you spouse will apply for dependent visa);

3months banks funds for urselves is enough to be shown while applying alone..

I have 1 question here. While applying for ur wifes dependant Tier-1 say after a year...
can she apply on her own from India?
Also she has to show maintenance fund that can be on ur name(husbands name)?
And how much maintance fund would be required?

can she apply on her own from India? She has to send the document on her own.But you need to provide her the relevant documents as well. E.g. Rental Agreement, maintenance funds details.
Also she has to show maintenance fund that can be on ur name(husbands name)?Yes she can show the maintenance funds document which is on her husband's name.
And how much maintance fund would be required? This is somthing which you need to check while applying for the visa. You never know the benchmark could change in one year.For current limit check guidance notes.
