Parents Visa

Hi....I need to get my mother on a visit visa...please can some1 tell me list of documents and also if possible need template of invitation letter. I am working full time in uk from 2 years and my husband is on my dependant visa.

Also i live in flatshare with other people. Is this going to be a problem. What documents i need here
