Marriage (Nikkah) Over internet video

I want to apply visa for my wife as HSMP Dependant, we got engaged when I visited Pakistan last time then we got married (Nikah) via video conversation over internet, which is acceptable according to Islamic and Pakistan Law and we have complete legal documentation. Will there be any objection form Home Office for Visa Purposes? Please Advise.

For dependent visa... one of the most important document is.. MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE.. if you can produce that along with other documents you should be fine..

try to attatch engagement photos with different family memebers, invitation cards etc...

As long as you have a married certificate and each others name endorsed as spouse on passports, the Home Office has no way of distinguishing between your marriage and a regular marriage. So there will be no problem whatsoever.
