really need help with my immigration please do read

hi u all
this is my first time and i am very happy to find a website like this.
anyways heres my question i m a father of a beautiful 5year old girl she is in uk with her mother i am in Pakistan and would like to go to uk for the court proceedings to be a part of her life (contact order).ive spoken to around 200 solicesters and waisted soo much money and they couldn't give me a good advice and some even said that i can never see my daughter again.can anyone please advice what kind of visa do i need to apply for and on what application form please and any other advice would be very helpful. i don't think that i can apply on the basis of access to a child resident in uk because don't have a contact order.and the mother is not willing to cooperate and she is against me seeing my daughter again please believe me i really need some good advice. don't have any criminal record and dint even overstayed or break any immigration rules....

What is the status of the child and the mother in the UK?

no there was a court hearing the beginning of 2009 and while i was going through the court proceedings my father in Pakistan had a heart attack so had to come to Pakistan so was unable to attend and my case was dismissed because of me not there in the court.ive paid toward the child but it cant be proved because its just cash send to her and the mother and my daughter are both British citizen by birth

the mother of my daughter is married now and ive tried to beg her and she even asked me to pay 200 pounds to speak to my daughter for 5 minutes and when i did paid i never got the chance to speak to her and in return my ex said you will never see her again because your not British

She cannot determine whether or not you will be able to see your child again, because you are not British. I don't think she is in the position to decide that.

You should have informed the courts, and get the case adjourned, and then use the court letter to apply for your visa. Also you would need to keep documentary evidence of maintanance or support you provide her for your child's upkeep, as that will be vital for your visa application.

i know i have contacted the courts now and have send them an email regarding my absence from court proceedings and just waiting for there reply now about that and many thanks for ur help and if u can find anything helpfully please do let me know
