Student Visa Extention (application processing time)

Hi

I sent my application on 09 may 2009 and i gave my finger prints on 07 july 2009, it has been 4months but i haven't received any reply from Home Office.
Can any one tell me how long are they going to take or should i call them my self .
If i call them are they going to tell me my application status, also can any one plz send me home office number (student enquiry) if you have one. Guys it will be great help.

They may answer your query if it is past the target date (14 weeks after you gave biometrics).

Hi

I called home office on last friday (18/09/2009) and they told me that my application is completed and home office will contact me, then i asked them when they are going to send me application back , he told me there is no time limit home office will contact you

does any one know when they going to contact me
