Anil,

Rejection of your application depends on the evidence you submit to make your case for Tier-1 visa. If you provide all correct documents I would say the chances are very less. Infact, I will say you have all chances to get approval just make sure you submit what is asked. Nothing less nothing more.

Dont understand your question. What is your threshold? If someone said the chances of rejection are 60% how would that affect your decision? Every application is judged on its own merits.
