Spouse Visa Help

Post by Junior0300 » Tue Sep 15, 2009 12:41 pm

Hi,

In July this year I got my ILR, however, back then I didn't know that I could also include my wife as a dependant. Basically, my wife's visa is expiring next year along with my HSMP visa but because of judicial review I managed to get my ILR this year. I didn't know that she can switch from HSMP dependant visa to a settlement visa at the time of applying ILR.

Now, is there any chance I could save my £870 to file a fresh application.

Could someone please point me in the right direction?

Your help will be greatly appreciated!

Regards,
Junior0300
