English Language Tier 4 General Student Visa

Hi ! In my visa letter it says;

Course Title: English as a foreign language / IELTS
Course Type: Academic English
Course Level: PET (Level 2) or Above
Mode of study: Full Time
Duration: 8 Months
Lessons per week: 21 Hours

So what can i answer the quesitons;

5.5 Are you coming to the UK to study an English language qualification that is CEFR level A2 ?
*Yes- Go to question 5.6 *No- Go to question 5.7

5.6 Have you been assessed by means of academic/professional reference ?

*The original reference *A copy of reference together with an original letter from your sponsor confirming it is a true copy.

5.7 Are you required to obtain permission from the ATAS ?
