EEA National wanting to work but without UK bank account

I'm a Belgian and I've decided to move to the UK, I'm searching for a job but don't have a bank account yet coz I need to register to a landline phone provider to have a proof of adress and it will take time. It it possible for me to have a salary or not? How do people receive what they should earn in such case? I have a UK adress but as my bills are included in the rent I couldn't use water/gaz fee as proof of adress. So I just want to know how it is possible to earn a salary without currently having a bank account.

Use your tenancy agreement as proof of address. My husband and I used ours a few years ago when we moved in together and hadn't any bills come through yet.

Some banks have basic accounts specifically for people who have recently moved to the UK so shop around.
