Tier 4 visa

Post by brandon08 » Sun Sep 20, 2009 9:49 pm

I want to apply for a UK student visa but i have a concern

I have been refused entry to the united states on the basis of non valid visa or passport at entry. I applied to the us embassy and still my appliccation is under processing. I then applied to canada and got refused on the basis of regulation 179 of canada immgration law which says that i dont have enough proof i will be back from canada after the end of my studies even though i am sponsored from the government of my country.

Could all that get me refused a U.K. Visa even though i never violated any immigration law in the U.S.A. and have a clean record both in my country and the U.S.A.?

p.s. ( the international student office at my US university provided me a copy of a letter that i maintained all immigration regulations during my stay at the U.S.A.)

I dont believe USA OR Canada have any online combined system to check your immigration application in other countries.

So two option for your problem.

1.Skip your these application with USA and Canada and apply for student visa.I believe you would be fine as I said they have no online immigration system to check.

2.Tell whole truth with all proves and I strongly believe this has no affect on your uk visa if you meet all the requirements.
