marriage certificate

Hi,

I am currently under HSMP and my wife is under hsmp dependent, just wondering do I have to submit marriage certificate for t1 extension as well ?(the guidance does not specified if I have to attach marriage certificate or not and I've provided marriage certificate for my initial HSMP application 2 years ago). Please help ,thanks!
