EEA 3, child born in UK...

Post by Petana » Tue Sep 22, 2009 8:43 pm

Hi, hope you can help me as I couldn't get answers on the web.

I am eligible to apply for settlement in November 2009 ( EEA national, five years residence, work etc...). My son was born in UK in December 2008 and I applied for his Czech citizenship and passport then. Can I apply in November for his settlement / British passport? What documents and form would I need to use?

many thanks

Petana

Immediately after a parent is granted settlement/PR, their child is entitled to register for British citizenship (Section 1(3)).
