Applying again UK T4- Waiting Ireland expired Visa

Post by Soulventura » Wed Sep 23, 2009 10:59 am

Hello how are you?

I’m applying for my Student Visa (T4 General Student) again on 30th of September 2009. I had applied on 24th August 2009 for my Student Visa. I got refused on 9th September 2009. The Entry Clearance Officer’s reasons and supporting evidence in my case were:
- IELTS photocopy and bank statement were not in English and had not been accompanied by an official translation.

As I understand my documents weren’t enough to satisfy all the requirements I decided not to request an Administrative Review of this decision. I will apply again and will send the correct documents to the British Embassy.

I have a DOUBT:

My Irish Student Visa expired in 30th Agust and I got refused on 8th September when I was waiting British Emabssy decision. As now I have this problem:
Am I ilegal here now? How long can I be in Ireland after my Visa expire?

My Irish Visa could be a problem for the British Embassy?

I will give my documents to the Emabssy on 30th September - 30 days after my irish Visa expired. Should I apply for a new course in Ireland and be "legal" when Im waiting?

For the other side: This "new course" could be a problem for the British Embassy give me a Visa ( as I will have a new course for 6 months)?

Thank you!
