what visa to apply for contact order court proceddings

i am a Pakistani resident and wants to come to uk to obtain a contact order through the uk courts .my daughter is 5years a British citizen by birth as her mother living in uk.she is against the contact thats why i am applying through courts.can you please advice me on what kind of visa application do i need to fill in is it a family visitor visa or just visit visa.i know i cant apply for access to a child visa because i don't have the contact order which is a requirement for that visa please
