Hello All,
I am third country national with tier 1 visa.

If I would like to visit Europe (Germany to be specific) as tourist or for searching job what kind of visa would I need?

What would be the procedure to get such a visa, will I still need an invitation letter and good financial backing for such a visa?

Schenge C visa if you are a visa national. For procedures check embassy of your main destination. Invitation letter is not needed for touristic purposes but you will need to prove sufficient funds and intent to return.
