what visa to apply for contact order court proceddings

i am a Pakistani resident and wants to come to uk to obtain a contact order through the uk courts .my daughter is 5years a British citizen by birth as her mother living in uk.she is against the contact thats why i am applying through courts.can you please advice me on what kind of visa application do i need to fill in is it a family visitor visa or just visit visa.i know i cant apply for access to a child visa because i don't have the contact order which is a requirement for that visa please ill look forward to your response

You could try a visit visa. It would be hard to apply for a family visit visa if you cannot show you will see your daughter. If you have other family in the UK perhaps you could visit them, you get a right of appeal in family visit refusals, not in non-family visit refusals.

I really think though you need advice from someone you can discuss this with like a solicitor or OISC registered immigration advisor.

It is clearly General Visa form VAF1 A and In other option you would write family court proceedings and contact application.

Family visit visa is not right for you as there is no option for court proceedings.
