I have been looking for Unmarried Partners visa form but can't find it.

Yup! Some are tempted by form FLR(O) but FLR(M) is the correct one!

I have been advised to apply for Unmarried Partners Visa for my wife who is already in UK on student visa and we have been together for over 2 years and have a 15 months old son too.

Baby is not registered as british citizen because i received ILR after he was born so technically he should be registered using MN1 form.

I have gone through the FLR (M) form just now and it says, if you have dependant children, you can also include them in application... By doing so what will child get or it's best to go through MN1 route?

How complicated is it to apply for FLR (M)? Can i do it myself with a bit of research and help or best to have professional solicitor?

It's not hard, read the guidance notes, and provide the proofs required, think it's about six docs each at ur common address, joint if possible. Send stuff like council tax bill, utitlity bills etc, looks better than Blockbuster video membership letter!

Yes we are married islamically which was done via Proxy.. She was in Pakistan, i was here in UK on asylum.

She was coming as student so we thought of getting married.. She came in June 2007 and started living with me and family ( We were still on Asylum ).

In May 2008 we were blessed with a baby boy. In Nov 2008 we were granted ILR.

We never informed HO that she lives with me or we are married bla bla because i was under the impression that she would have to apply for COA and it was be rejected because i was on Asylum and i also did not want to become her dependant by declaring everything...

Jan 2009, her visa ran out and we sent for an extension thinking that she would have visa and we will get married and then i will apply for spouse visa.

As of today 25/09/2009, there is no answer from HO regarding her visa... Her passport has expired, college where she was enrolled has closed down last month.

I have no other option left other than applying for either unmarried/married partner visa since we have lived together for over 2 years.

Now how to proove it? It's hard..

Until Nov 2008, NASS was responsible for paying all bills so we could not have any bills on our name.

The only thing we have in common is Tax credit.

Any further suggestions please??

Don't know what Wanderer thinks, but as she doesn't have a valid visa, I believe the quickest option would be to return to Pakistan and apply for an Unmarried Partner Visa from there....or marry on a COA and apply for a spouse visa from Pakistan.
In order for the UPV to be successful you'll need documented proof that you've been living together at the same address for a minimum of 2 full years.
You're both over 21?
