Going to Germany for Interviews from UK

Post by RadiumBall » Fri Sep 25, 2009 8:06 pm

Hello All,
I know this may not be the correct forum for this question. But I like get a point of view from this side too.

I am third country national with Tier 1 visa, suppose I would like to go to Germany for Job Interviews or as Tourist what kind of visa would I need? Will it in anyway make it easier for me to enter Germany since I am in UK employed?

Thanks a lot.

You basically asked the same question earlier. Your current employment and residence in the UK won't make it easier for you except that it demonstrates that you have a steady income and probably also reason to return.

You should apply for a Schengen Visa at German Embassy in UK . Gather the required documentation and apply. And I think that's it.
