New rules for extention students (Urgent Explaination Nedded

Post by provakarim » Thu Apr 09, 2009 11:39 am

If you are already in the United Kingdom and your existing permission to stay runs 81. out more than one month before the start-date of your proposed course of study, you will be expected to return overseas and apply from outside the United Kingdom. If you apply from inside the United Kingdom, your application will be refused.

This rules found in new guidelines in page 17 paragraph 81

That means if your visa expires on 31 June and want to study 2nd year of any course but commencement is 7 august you can't get extention from here .

If anyone knoe the details please explain the rules .[/b]
