CZECH RESIDENCE PERMIT via CZECH S.R.O

Hi,

I am a Non-EU national from a 'Non-Visa Waiver' country.

I am interested to immigrate to the Czech Republic by obtaining the 'Czech Residence Permit' via Czech s.r.o.

I found the following website quite informative and accurate with loads of information to obtain the 'Czech Residence Permit'.

I do know a bit about the 'Czech Residence Permit'. However, I would like someone of this message board to comment on the following:

1) Can I obtain the 'CZECH RESIDENCE PERMIT' via 'Czech s.r.o'?

2) Do a 'CZECH RESIDENCE PERMIT' holder need ‘entry visa’ to travel within the ‘Schengen’ countries?

3) Do a CZECH RESIDENCE PERMIT holder legally ‘entitled’ to live, work, study and do business in the Czech Republic?

3) As per the 'Council Directive 2003/109/EC' of the EU, after obtaining the ‘Czech Permanent Residence Permit’, Am I entitled to ‘legally’ live, work, study, do business and even buy property in any ‘European Union’ member country? Looks like'YES'. I would like to 'confirm' it though.
