family member of an eea after divorce

family member of an eea after divorce

hi there
i belong to pakistan i was a spouse of an eea (lithuanian) after 3 years i have got divorced. i still have three years valid visa.
my ILR will be due after 20 months.
my question is..
during this time (before ILR).can i marry to a pakistani girl & can she come in the uk as my spouse.
please i need help i am so confused.
i am working full time paying tax.

You can't bring in another wife if youre already married.

You can't bring in another wife if youre already married.
at the moment i am divorced i have absolute decree

Sorry I missread your post. Have you advised UKBA you ared divorced yet? I would advise you to do that first.
