Extension of Stay in HSMP Visa

Hi All,

I came to UK with wife on HSMP Visa in Aug 2005 under old HSMP scheme. I worked in London for a bank on a senior position. After 10 months of stay, I was granted extension for four years up to July 2010. Due to mother's health reasons back home, I had to leave UK only after one years in July 2006. I joined an organization in home country in end 2006. Now, the circumstances have favourably changed and I am thinking to go back to UK. As my HSMP visa is valid until July 2010 (that means I am left with some 10 months to work in UK) I am not sure what would would be happening in July 2010. Would I be given extension or I will be asked to leave UK.
