hi, its tony again.
thanks to your reply. it is the fine detail that i am worried about for the vaf5 form. like for instance the online form ( wich we are using won't let you put a no answer in the box or you can't move on to the next part of the application. Also with the documents that you should supply, I am concerned that they are correct. I don't want the form to be rejected because i didn't do something that was required, for example, it doesn't say on the form about supplying a sworn decliration and having it stamped by a solicitor but I have been told that I need it, and It doesn't tell you how many pay slips you need to supply, but it has been indicated that we should supply three months, I have only been back in the U.K. for one month so do I have to wait another two months before I can live with my wife? some poeple have said one month is enough but some poeple have said upto six months! I also have a question about bank statements, you must understand we are just a normal couple we don't have a mass of savings I have been told that we should have it least a floating amount of three thousand in my acount, the fact is that I share my money with my wife and so she has some money( that I have told her to open an account with) wich means that together we have about this much but it hasn't been a floating amount. we spent alot on the wedding and renovating our house up in bulgaria, that is why I am here in the U.K. working. to recoupe our finances. I would just like to know for sure what is expected from us. and how we should present the information when we go to the embasy.
