ILR and Naturalisation

I am on an ILR since June. As of next year Jan I might be required to travel abroad frequently on work and work abroad for extensive periods. Will this effect my naturalisation process ? Please advise, thank you

Time spent outside the UK during the qualifying may have a negative effect on your chances
