I need you help, i am active member of this forum, I got my PSW this July09, i am thinking to switch in HSMP (tire1). Could you please tell me the list of documents, salary and other paper work which i need for this application.

To support your application you will need to provide the following documents: please note this is just a rough guide to what you may need,

1. Completed Tier 1 form ; Payment page of application completed and signed with card details.

2. Original Masters Degree Certificate;

3. English Language test certificate (IELTS) if degree was not taught in UK;

4. 3 months bank statements (can be same as above or savings account) showing you meet maintenance requirement of £800. The closing date of the statements needs to be no older of 1 month before submission of the application. If online print-outs are used these need to be stamped and signed on each page.

5. 2 Photos – front facing and no more than 1 month old

6. All passports used to enter the UK – Please ensure your latest passport has an empty page and has been signed.

Earnings proof

1. 12 x Original payslips for 12 consecutive months in the last 15. If on-line payslips are given I need each one to be stamped and signed by the company;

2. Original Tax document - P60 for UK employment Invoice if available

3. 12 x Months of original bank statements showing the net payments of salary. Again if use online print outs every page has to be stamped and certified

Please note that you will be required to show full contact details of each source of income so the Tier 1 team can verify all supporting documents.
