TIER 4 application form Forgot to attach pg 47

Hi everyone,
I applied for my student visa extension on 28th Sept 2009. I filled tier 4 form for it. I filled the whole application form but forgot to attach page 47 i.e Section 8 Summary sheet.

I am worried whether this will affect the visa processing. Please can someone advise whether I should contact UK border agency and ask about it, if yes please provide the contact number. Should i call or send the page 47 by post?

Please advice.
