HSMP Extension - Council tax issue

I have applied for my HSMP extension, and have the following query regarding council tax issues

I have paid my council tax for all the months that I lived in the property except for the 1 st 45 days as my land lord said she will take care of it initially and then later on I started paying after that 45 days period, recently I came to know that she has not paid the council tax, The main problem is I was under the impression that she will pay as per initial discussion with her while I joined the property and she is under the impression that I was paying, completely there was a misunderstanding which we realized after I submit my application. Will it be an issue with regard to my extension although I have paid council tax where ever I lived till date in UK except that 45 days which I was not aware.
Note: Neither of us received any letters from Council regarding the same.

Please reply ASAP and I will act accordingly.
