hamid84 if your child was born here then after receiving ILR you can register him as a british citizen, but if your child was born abroad then you have to wait until you are applying for yours to apply for him.

I have just spoken to a solicitor who told me that i can not register my child usig MN1 form due to my circumstances and i should wait for 5 years.

Did he explain his reasons for his statement?

For children born in the UK, immediately after a parent is granted settlement/PR, their child is entitled to register for British citizenship (Section 1(3)), irrespective of child's immigration status.
