ILR- 10 years- 10 day gap on visa but application on time

Hi all,
I see there is a 10 days gap between my two visas. However, my application was made before the visa expired and I have a proof of the date application was made from the SAR file that I got from the home office. I am enclosing that in my application. Would the case worker will be able to process my application in a day?

i was in the same situation like you. don't give anything extra which is not asked for. since it is in your sar, the same info is on their computer.

they didn't ask me a single question about it. the only thing i did - i made a speadsheet showing the date of each application's (extension) made, the date visa issued, the date of visa valid to. the visa officer found it helpful.

other than that all your passports, app form, fees, lilk test certificate - that's it really.

i would suggest carry evrything, however don't give which is not asked for.

Hi mate,
Thank you for your response. Since I could not manage to find an appointment, a solicitor will be taking my case to the PEO. So, I am right in assuming that my case can be processed in a day. Secondly, I am thinking of sending a spreadsheet (that shows my visas, their application dates, issue dates and expiry dates), my bank account statements, letter from employer and a copy of SAR report in addition to the asked stuff
Do you think it is wise to do so since I won't be present myself.
