Application under Tier 1 skilled migration

I am going to apply under Tier 1 skilled migration scheme. Can anybody inform me abt any recent chenges?

First step you need to do is to check points based calculator and see if you can qualify for Tier 1 visa or not? If yes, you submit your application.

On top of items listed above by mvent00, go through the guidance notes thoroughly to make sure everything is in line. They can be found here. It is advisable to make sure you understand the process a good 3-4 months before you intend to apply so that you can arrange maintenance funds etc if they are not already in place.
