I have some concerns regarding filling of FRL(IED) form.
Q1. What is meant by travel document(s) and which document i have to send to home office for my HSMP Visa extension regarding travel document other than passport?
Q2. Do i have to send Birth Certificates of myself and of my wife, we dont have any kid?
Q3. My and my wife's first yeat visa is stamped on 3rd Feb, 2005 and its expiry is 3rd Feb, 2006. Now i am applying for extension. I landed here in UK on 7th March 2005, I opened my bank account in around mid of April. I dont have 12 months bank statment, As i started job on 16 May. I have my bank statement from mid of April 2005 to present date including salary slips from May to onwards. Do you think these things are sufficient to show economic activities of around 8 months ?
Q4. What is difference between Home office Reference number and Hsmp reference number, i just have HSMP reference number ?
Q5. What is the possible best answer of this question 50. "How many people does your employer employ in the UK" options are 0-249 (state number), 250 or more (tick box) ?
