Need clarification on HSMP Dependant form for UK Born baby

Hi,

I am filling application "Application for an extension of stay as a dependant" for my son, who was born here 2 months back. Just now I got my Indian passport for my son from HCI London and this is the first time I am going to apply depandant visa for him with my HSMP extension.

My query is on filling D. Immigration History

D1. Did the dependant obtain entry clearance or a visa before entering the United Kingdom? Yes (Go to Question D2), No (go to Question D5)
---- I selected "No".

D5. Are either the dependant’s current and/or any one of his/her previous passport(s) or travel document(s) that he/she has used to travel to, and remain in, the United Kingdom which shows his/her current leave unavailable?
Yes - go to question D6 No- go to question D11

Which one I should select?

Please guide me on this.
