I posted my COA (Civil Partnership) application today. I enclosed in my application:

1. My Passport containing my student visa
2. My Police Registration Certificate
3. My boyfriend's passport
4. 2 passport photos from each of us

Royal Mail just confirmed the delivery of my application. :D
