Hi Guys - I am applying for my retention of rights as an ex spouse of an EEA national. Can someone please let me know what address do I send all the documentation too.

I reckon its the Home Office in Liverpool...

you will be filling form eea2 and send it at the adress 9ndicated on the form. if you got the form all the information should be there.
good luck.
be ready to prove that your ex was exercicing treaty right at the time you receive your decree absolute.

Hi, a quick question. I thought I just have to send a coverling letter telling the HO my situation. As I already filled form EEA2 4 years back when I got my RC stamped on my passport. Do I need to fill this again if I want to retain my rights of residence.
