IMHO, this ruling coupled with others renders the Home Office powerless to kick out people from Zimbabwe, even if they are living in the UK illegally or entered clandestinely in breach of immigration law.

OMG that is unbeleivable, people in Zimbabwe do not give a single thought about this woman, they have more pressing matters to worry about like where their next meal is coming from. The government could care less about her too.

Another reason why the UK immigration system is in chaos. I recall that majority of people in a poll (91%) carried out by a popular tabloid were all for kicking her out of the UK.
