Tier-1 Dependents out of country time limit?

Post by AlwaysCool » Mon Oct 19, 2009 10:57 am

Hello,

I am on tier-1 (G) visa and my wife is in UK with me as a dependent . We are living here for 3 years now. However she needs to go back to India for 5-6 months for a family matter. We have visa for another two years so she can come back before visa expires but my worry is if it affect her PR / Citizenship application.

Highly appreciate your advices.

Thanks
