ILR query

Post by bromley11 » Tue Oct 27, 2009 5:01 am

Hi I am new to this forum. I am applying for ILR in Person at Croydon . I have few question to ask, I wonder anyone can help me to answer.

My application is based on HSMP JR

I got initial stamp on 26 August 2005. I was working full time and worked until Oct 2008. After that resigned to prepare for a exam inorder to get unrestricted practice licence. As I did not work from Oct 2008 to June 2009 therefore I did not have my P60 only for 2009, though I have all my P60 for last 5 years. I have my previous employer P45. (My yearly gross income was 60 thousand pound)

I started working on June 2009 as part time basis and earn 800 pounds per month, I pay for my house rent only 325 Pounds. After my exam I will rejoin my old job again.

During my unemployment (8 Months) I spent from my savings. I was always financially sound.

My question is will it be a problem as I did not work for 8 months.

Thanks for your help

should not be issue if u mail yr application
in face to face it is a negative pt but should not go against u

u need to show what u did in last 4 years

if u got business than progress of business

so yr bank account of that period u must send to be on safe side

go postal route and relax
