Is it true that HSMP is refused on large no??

Dear all,

I have approached a consultant,he said that now a days immi officers are rejecte application on large base even if you get 65 or morethan 65 points.
As I am securing 65 point so he said that it is useless for me to submit files under HSMP.

friends can you tell me what should I do?

Is there any cases inspite securing more then 65 point his/her case is refused?

Your securing of points above 65 points say 100 is no way Guarantee that you will get HSMP.

There are people who got in at 65 and there are people who claimed 100 and were turned back.

So it is really uncertain.

I am sure if you share all the details ; experts on this forum will be able to guide you better.

It is not a question of 65 or 100 points. It is how you back up the points you claim with solid documentry evidence. If you claim 65 points and are able to back that up with the required documentry evidence, you should be through.

There are many cases in which people got rejected as there documentry evidence was in sufficient. So go through the posts and try to put together your application wih solid documentry evidence.

Make a solid application, spend some time going through the relevant posts, collect all the required evidences in the appropriate format and go for it. No need to hear to any views except this forum.

qualification 25 M.Com
Experience 50 Jr.Asstt 5years and 5yeras as Senior Exe.
Spouse 10 B.A.

But I am afraid as people are saying that from INDIA they will receive 50,000 application everyday and 95% is refusing from them inspite solid/valid proof. So can you tell me how to prepare good application that have a very few chance.Thank you very much

Let me help me help u on this


1> Education: NAIRC should recognize your education claims 25 points on M.Com should be okay from India
Show them original Bachelor & master certificates.

2>Job experience: Jr Asst 5 years & Sr Exc in 5 Years
This is the most difficult part of getting points as it is subjective assement. Just see you are able to convince them on below said things
a> The work responsibility that you have done requires education of graduate level. It should not happen that a person without acquiring the knowledge of a subjects (that your are claiming taught in gradation which enable you to do same work) can do same work.

b> The work that you are doing in your country of residence is getting you one of the best paid in industry among the people who are doing for similar kind of work responsibility.


-- Job reference letter from employer for the period that you are claiming should be well detailed.
-- other can be industry award or employer awards

3> Spouse:
Off cource first part is that your spouse should be graduate as per the NAIRC standards. Showing original degree should be fine. Plus also Marriage Certificate.
Other very important thing that you must show that you and your wife share same bed for last 2 years. For this you have to show last two years utility bills . Better show for each of 24 months. Name of yours on one type of bill and your wife's name should come on the bills. ex: telephone, electricity, gas etc..

Again Telling you , don't get feared by what consultants are saying.

You will have to spend some time yourself for HSMP as it may not be a straight forward process as other immigrations, will have to go back to all your previous employers and get detailed experience letters specifying the details as discussed and required on this forum.

For claiming spouse points also , you need to sit , discuss , arrange all your evidences coolly.

Don't be frightened by consultants as they don't have expertise in HSMP (very few have detailed knowledge) , they always encourage for other immigrations which are straight forward and time consuming , arrange your evidences and go for it ( I don't know they got the statistics you have quoted).

I shall have to think more & prepare very carefully..

I have a baby(girl) 2 years old and another 2 solid proof I shall submit.

Whatever you have said its very true. Its a long term peocess we can't prepare our file in hurry. That's I learned from you.I shell take another 5 to 6 months to gather documents and shall meet some people whi have already submit files for HSMP and try to learn something
